What does Master@IBM offer you?
Within the scope of the 2-year Master@IBM program, we offer valuable professional experience in the area of consulting (combined with an appropriate salary), which you will gain in parallel to your studies. You can complete the master study course at a university (or university of applied sciences) of your choice. The volume of work allows you to focus sufficiently on your master's degree. Nevertheless, you can expect challenging assignments in a team-oriented and dynamic environment as well as many opportunities for active co-determination. You will also write your master's thesis in collaboration with your department.

Who are we looking for?
Are you analytical, you like conceptional work and are highly motivated? You are convinced that innovative technologies will disrupt the banking industry? Then we should definitively meet!

Additional requirements:
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Bachelor's degree and graduating in business administration, banking, finance or business information technology
  • First working experience in banking is a plus
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
  • Demonstrated history of achievement and leadership in academics, internships, and work
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in an agile team environment
  • Passionate about identifying, designing, and building solutions to challenging issues and problems
What you can expect from this position:
In this role as Master@IBM Banking Junior Consultant you will be part of our Global Business Services (GBS) unit in Zurich and support our Executive Partners to create attractive proposals for banking projects. You will also be tasked with different types of research activities relating to specific innovation topics, competitors or clients and get the opportunity to be involved in client consulting projects.
