Internship Newsletter & Dialog Marketing (m/f/diverse) in Zürich

The "Newsletter & Dialog Marketing" business unit is responsible for SWISS's global newsletter marketing. It develops the strategy, is responsible for the technical framework, implements its own newsletter projects and monitors the implementation of an integrated communications approach for SWISS in all relevant markets.

You will provide support in digital B2C communication in your internship “Newsletter & Dialog Marketing” in the global marketing team in the unit "Content & Dialog". In addition, you are fully integrated into the daily business of the newsletter marketing team (creation, testing and dispatch of newsletters)

Your Duties

• Create, test and dispatch newsletters as well as set up your own content landing pages
• Support of the international marketing departments in their implementation of newsletter marketing
• Participate in strategic newsletter projects such as personalization, layout optimization, etc.
• Develop evaluations for performance optimization of newsletters
• Support in the planning, conception and implementation of communication activities and project activities
• Ensure the flow of communication with all relevant stakeholders within SWISS headquarters and the global markets
• Standardize and adapt wordings and coordinate translations

• Completed Bachelor or Master in Communication or comparable education (FH or University) 
• Fluent written and spoken German and English; any other language would be an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• High flexibility and multitasking capability
• Independent and structured way of working
• Strong conceptual skills and an exact way of working are central
• Quick comprehension, initiative and ability to work in a team

Salary:
CHF 2'500.- per month for Bachelor degree / Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education 
CHF 3'000.- per month for Master degree
