Diagnostics Global Capital Investment & Real Estate (DSC) is responsible for ensuring continuous improvement of facility efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability as well as the governance and execution of real estate transactions across Diagnostics sites and affiliates worldwide.

In this position you will

• Provide general administrative support to DSC team members (such as calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses, purchase orders (ARIBA), etc.)
• Complete general administrative tasks such as correspondence and presentations
• Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, this includes for example department team meetings, video/teleconferences, workshops, conferences.
• Support the recruitment processes of new team members
• Update DSC communication channels, such as the intranet or G+ community
• Be the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive experience 
• Assume responsibility for operational projects and internal team tasks

We are interested in an ambitious student in the field of communication, business administration, social science, media/journalism, economics or similar studies. 

What do you need in your toolbox? 

• Good organizational and human relations skills, as well as intercultural competence
• Good analytical and conceptual skills, with independent way of working
• Excellent time management and organisational skills with proven abilities to work independently
• You are highly motivated, eager to learn and you enjoy working in a dynamic environment 
• Solid skills with G suite (Mail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Fluent English and German (both written and spoken)
• First experience in the field of business administration or communication in a multicultural environment is a plus
