Internship in Events & Sponsoring (all genders) in Zürich

Our Events & Sponsoring unit ensures that the SWISS brand is displayed, presented and experienced in full and consistent accordance with our SWISS brand identity at our sponsorship engagements, trade shows and further events both in and outside Switzerland. To these ends, the Events & Sponsoring team develops the guidelines for our brand’s physical appearance and its presentation at such events, based on the provisions of our corporate identity, our corporate design and our brand positioning.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting the Events & Sponsoring team in conceptualizing, planning, organizing and conducting in-house and external SWISS events, hospitality events within our sponsorship activities and our operational marketing
• Assuming responsibility for certain areas of major event and sponsorship projects in collaboration with internal customers and specialist units
• Assisting within the unit on local event activities
• Liaising and coordinating with internal customers and external partners
• Taking on smaller projects and ensuring their timely completion
• Supporting the PR & Communications team in Western Switzerland
• Handling external sponsorship inquiries
• Helping ensure that the SWISS brand is used on all platforms in full compliance with the company’s corporate identity and corporate design provisions

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in business administration, marketing or similar
• A very good spoken and written command of German, English and French

• A confident manner and a flair for communication
• (Preferably) some initial project experience
• A willingness to sometimes work irregular hours (and also at weekends)
• A driving licence (Switzerland: Category B)

Salary:

CHF 2'500.- gross for Bachelor degree / Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education
CHF 3'000.- per month for Master degree
