Product Management Pharma (80 - 100%, all genders) in Zürich

The Product Management Pharma position is responsible for ensuring that Swiss WorldCargo is delivering the right customer experience in the field of pharma, based on business strategy and vertical industry pharma strategy. In this position, you will manage the pharma products & services portfolio, from development to life cycle management. You will also support the organization when it comes to pharma related activities, and work very closely with relevant stakeholders, from vertical industry, sales management, procurement and fulfillment, in order to ensure adequate follow-up and execution of agreed activities.

Your duties

• Establish & review the marketing mix & value proposition of the pharma products & services to support the SWC brand.
• Drive the innovation process in close collaboration with Vertical Industry Pharma to ensure that our offering is matching evolving industry needs.
• Manage the pharma product & service life cycle: check adherence to strategy, review performance as per agreed KPIs, identify room for improvement and substantiate the ideas.
• After approval cycle, prepare product & services specifications (incl marketing mix and value proposition) and subsequently lead relevant implementation projects.
• Lead projects related to pharma product development and service enhancements. Ensure that the relevant processes are defined and implemented.
• Develop container lease concept and define the lease pricing accordingly.
• Coordinate and follow-up all pharma generated insights and commercial / strategic Vertical Industry Management activities
• Engage in sales leads and materialize substantial business opportunities in pharma transportation by developing customized solutions
• Negotiate together with Procurement and Fullfilment teams customer specific deals for cool containers.
• Contribute to develop pharma training content. Support Sales and Vertical Industry Management in agreed strategic training initiatives

• Minimum Bachelor`s degree, Master`s degree prefered
• Experience and knowhow in pharma transportation / supply chain.
• Solid understanding of cargo business process and/or sales
• Proven successful experience in product and project management
• Analytical and conceptual skills, creative & organized, with willingness to learn
• Solution/Result orientation, problem solver in an efficient way
• Customer focused thinking and high level of attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Good interpersonal and communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage, other languages are a plus
