PCI DSS Compliance Management (80-100%, all genders) in Zürich

The field of Payments plays a strong role in the global airline e-commerce and distribution environment. Be it in the B2C sector, where consumers want to use their preferred payment method or in the B2B area, where corporate customers or distribution partners have preferences to manage their cash flow and risk. As a result, the offer of a seamless and efficient payment experience in all shopping relevant processes becomes an ultimate requirement for business success. The trustful handling of customer and payment data is mandatory.

In your role, you will ensure the continuous PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) Compliance and Certification of SWISS. You are responsible to develop and maintain a governance and control system (including regular audits) in accordance with relevant Lufthansa Group (LHG) internal, industry specific and legal regulations and standards (e.g. data protection, data security). The role has strong internal interfaces towards other business and IT functions and provides the job owner with a broad insight in SWISS commercial processes. As partner, you lead, support and advise business units at the time of solution design and technical implementation to balance business needs with PCI DSS compliance requirements in order to develop proper and compliant solutions to ensure seamless and cost efficient payments at all relevant processes and IT-systems.

Your duties

• Set up, and develop PCI DSS control and governance system while incorporating business needs and LHG’s IT Security framework, architecture and strategy
• Initiate regular performance of audits and ensure timely closing of relevant gaps
• Monitor requirement changes of the PCI DSS standards in comparison with other external standards, regulations and law
• Lead and coordinate IT related projects to introduce PCI DSS relevant processes, systems and payment solutions
• Run competence center for all PCI DSS related questions and maintain company-wide relevant communication and training
• Plan, monitor and report budgets as well as establish a proper data based cost reporting as a basis for optimization measures

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business, Economics or IT
• Experience as Business Analyst, preferably in the integration of payment solutions
• Proven project management skills
• Affinity in IT, systems analytics and solution design
• Expert knowledge of payment solutions and Payment Eco System (e.g. background in finance/banking industry)
• Strong communication skills and solution oriented approach
