Job Description 36! The number of projects in the early phase biologics pipeline waiting for your scientific support! Our well-equipped MS-lab supports the analytical activities for the development of new biological entities. For the in-depth characterization of new format therapeutic proteins, we are looking for a post-doc to help us streamline and automate our LC-MS workflows.
Your responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Development of streamlined and automated workflows from sample preparation to LC-MS acquisition and data analysis • Characterization of therapeutic proteins and evaluation the relevance of identified post-translational modifications • Evaluation of different LC-MS systems and approaches, and software packages • Facilitation of LC-MS usage by non-experts • Support of the MS team in routine analyses
Minimum requirementsWhat you’ll bring to the role:
• PhD in analytical chemistry, proteomics or similar • Fluent in English (spoken and written) • Hands-on experience with LC-MS instrumentation • Experience and/or affinity with biomolecular mass spectrometry • Well-organized team player
Desirable requirements:
• Data analysis software savvy • Good documentation and presentation skills
Timing: Starting immediately, for a period of 2 years
