Test Analyst E-Commerce (100%, all genders) in Zürich

The Test Analyst is in the lead of all test related endeavours for all E-Commerce relevant applications, either alone or with the support of a dedicated test team. The Test Analysis is involved in the analysis and definition of the test needs for new swiss.com functionalities, change requests and maintenance activities.

Your duties

• Preparing and maintaining test scripts and test plans
• Development and execution of manual/automated tests (Selenium, C#) in a multi-project environment
• Development and execution of accessibility and device tests
• Providing feedback to the development, project management team and customer support
• Support definition and refinement of business requirements by deriving user scenarios and acceptance test criteria
• Conduct risk assessment in a project context

• Bachelor degree in a technical discipline: Engineering, computer science, math or similar
• 2+ year relevant work experience in a professional testing environment
• Strong analytical skills, with high attention to details
• Scrum knowledge/experience in testing in scrum is an advantage
• Good knowledge of airline business, e-commerce and web development affinity is a plus
• ISTQB Foundation level certificate is an advantage
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies in large projects
• Experience with tests processes for WCAG compliance and mobile devices
• Positive attitude and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with a can-do attitude
• Fluent in German and English, any other languages are a plus
