To support our Retail Training at our headquarters in Schaffhausen we are looking for an

Intern Retail Training (m/f – 100%)

In this challenging internship you are in a headquarters position and work within HQ-projects as well as in close collaboration with our international platforms giving the internship a  global dimension. In this position, you will report directly to the Department Manager Training.

Start: April 2020

Duration: 6 Months

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support in the roll-out and maintenance of our global mobile learning solution
• Design and organization of HQ Training sessions
• Organization of global customer experience evaluation waves
• Creation and further development of existing training content
• Support in all Retail Consulting initiatives at HQ level

YOUR PROFILE:

• Student or graduate of University / FH in relevant field
• Strong project management skills
• Dedicated and highly motivated individual with high affinity to our brand and strong enthusiasm for our products
• Hands-On Mentality
• Very good computer knowledge and at ease with different software solutions, especially PowerPoint and Excel

• First experience in the field of Sales / Retail is an asset
• Fluent in English, German or French would be a plus
