Internship Distribution Communications (all genders) in Zürich

In times of digitalization and individualization, customer needs are increasing not only with regard to an airline's products and services, but also in particular with regard to where and how they can be purchased. The Direct Distribution Team is facing up to this challenge. By building New Distribution Capabilities (NDC) and developing new alternative distribution solutions, the Lufthansa Group airlines ensure that its offerings are attractively placed and available on customer-relevant third-party sales platforms such as online travel agencies or meta-search engines. As part of Distribution Communications, you will carry out internal and external communication measures as well as the organization of events. In addition, you will help to monitor and actively control the achievement of the division's goals.

Your responsibilities

• Independent creation of articles, newsletters and presentations in English and German to visually support internal and external communication
• Support in initiating strategic placements of key messages in relevant markets
• Further development and continuous adaption of various communication channels and documents
• Organization and implementation of events and conferences
• Maintenance of project and monitoring tools
• Preparation of information and decision bases for distribution management
• Independent and realiable execution of ad-hoc assignments

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education
• Very good communicative and organizational skills, efficient way of working, creative flair
• High level of initiative, motivation and commitment
• Structured approach, conceptual skills and creativity
• Quick comprehension, initiative and ability to work in a team
• Very good spoken and written command of English and German; other languages are an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills

Salary:
CHF 2,500.- gross per month with a Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education
CHF 3,000.- gross per month with a Master’s Degree
