Join one of Europe's leading independent digital agencies! As an IT Support Specialist, you are the first line of contact in our IT team for around 180 employees. You ensure the best customer experience for all our users in regards to any support requests. We depend on your drive, talent, skill-set, and technical know-how to provide service excellence. Internally, you will support the IT Unit on projects which help introducing new tools and processes to scale up and automate our IT landscape.

 

Your duties are to...

  • be the competent hub for all IT support requests, manage escalations, and maintaining user contact
  • be in charge of the on- and offboarding processes, manage and maintain IT equipment
  • work on projects and make suggestions on how to improve things, which can result in new projects
  • keep inventories, documentation, user groups, and directories up-to-date
  • evaluate the user needs and procure IT equipment, accessories, and supplies accordingly
  • liaise with vendors, suppliers and service providers to escalate and coordinate support cases
  • actively monitor, analyze and prioritize the information to proactively take actions

 

You...

  • have completed an apprenticeship as a computer scientist, have corresponding training, or are currently enrolled in a related education
  • have in-depth IT knowledge in both Mac and Windows environments, as well as in networking alongside possessing well-developed hardware and software knowledge
  • have networked thinking, a good grasp of abstract concepts and the ability to learn quickly 
  • are very adaptive and interested in using new technologies and methods
  • are solution-oriented, an "out of the box" thinker, motivated and like to work independently
  • are an excellent communicator in German and English, in both spoken and written language
  • are a problem solver with a positive and strong "I can fix this for you" attitude
  • can keep your peace of mind even with high workloads in a fast-changing environment
