PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Solving tasks independently
• High level of reliability
• Learning new things and mastering them
• Work as a team with the Head of SuccessFactors Switzerland to develop and execute programs to drive the sustainability pipeline.
• Assist the Solution Sales Manager in driving projects and marketing activities
• Team up with Solution Sales Executives to establish and develop demand generation plans.
• Lead various sales projects related to SuccessFactors/SAP Cloud HCM applications and identifying new business opportunities together with the Sales Executives.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:

• Studying preferably in the fields: Business Economics, Information Technology or similar areas
• Having the following computer skills: Microsoft Office esp. Excel
• Speaking English fluently, speaking German is a plus
• Besides that, you bring/you are: Project Management experience; team player, adaptive, reliable, driven by success, enthusiastic, organized
• Others: at least in the final year of bachelor’s degree
