What does Master@IBM offer you?Within the scope of the 2-3 year Master@IBM program, we offer valuable professional experience in the area of consulting (combined with an appropriate salary), which you will gain in parallel to your studies. You can complete the master study course at a university (or university of applied sciences) of your choice. The duration of studies depends on the respective university and is between two and three years. The volume of work allows you to focus sufficiently on your master's degree. Nevertheless, you can expect challenging assignments in a team-oriented and dynamic environment as well as many opportunities for active co-determination. You will also write your master's thesis in collaboration with your department.Who are we looking for?For our in-job master's program, we are looking for highly motivated students from HR Management, business psychology, economics, communication or marketing. In addition to a good bachelor’s degree, an independent approach to work is also important to us. - get to know new agile working methods such as Design Thinking and apply them in departmental workshops

Your main tasks will be:
- Directly assist the HR team with a wide range of projects
- Support and close cooperation with the Career & Talent Management team for various topics

Assist with the full lifecycle in the employee journey while working closely with the Head of Talent Management
- Young Talent Management support as:
- Assist with our Student program
- Employer Branding on social media and events
- Support in the student hiring and onboarding process
- Creation of presentations and reports (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Support, design, develop and implement various HR projects and HR processes
- Organization of internal meetings and external events
In addition, this position may occasionally carry out responsibilities in the functional areas of HR administration, employee relations, benefits and special HR projects.
Requirements:
- You master the German and English language in spoken and written, knowledge of French is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Basic knowledge in image processing and graphic tools
- Strong user of social media with the ability to translate personal use to a business setting
- Good organizational, communication and presenting skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
