Was du machen wirst:
- Achieving growth and meeting sales targets
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Meeting clients (about 50% of your weekly schedule)
- Identifying and pursuing new sales leads
- Cold calling
- Pitching products and follow-up
- Negotiating and closing deals with clients in the field of natural cosmetics

- Swiss German mother tongue, good knowledge of English and French
- KV or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in client account management or another sales role (sales representative or sales manager - ideally in the beauty/well being/cosmetics industry) is an advantage
- 0 bis 6 Monate relevante Erfahrung
- Strong communication skills
- Creativity and problem solving skills
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong prioritization skills and effectiveness
- Attention to detail
- You are environmentally conscious and you care about people and the society
- Mind. 18 Jahre alt
