PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
 

Local HR Services provides services where unique country support is required while we continue to deliver consistent and standardized services aligned with global initiatives. By combining local labor knowledge and deep process understanding, we are supporting an efficient and compliant HR service delivery.

Local HR Services is responsible to resolve employee and manager requests, consult employees and carry out operational HR administration across the whole employee life cycle (i.e. onboarding, contractual changes, benefit administration and termination process). Local HR Service Student supports Local HR Services Associate & Consultant &  cooperates closely with all other teams within LHRS team.
 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

 

  1. Support the Onboarding process
  2. Support the Local HR Services function by administration of benefits, absences, overtime, exceptional leaves, termination. 
  3. Check for correctness of different employment documents
  4. Maintenance of employee files, optical archiving, archiving
  5. Other ad hoc activities in the HR Operational field

 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

 

  • You are a currently enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences:
  • Studying preferably in the field of HR   
  • Professional communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Ability to plan and organize work well
  • Ability to work with confidential information 
  • Attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, self-driven attitude
  • Customer oriented
  • Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and  belong to different cultures
  • Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in written and verbal German & English
