You also support the professorship in its teaching activities by developing course contents and teaching methods.

We offer the opportunity to collaborate with partners from within ETH but also from other academic institutions, research institutions, engineering companies, service providers, industry, and from the public sector. You will be part of a dynamic, highly motivated, international team and have access to the exceptional infrastructure at ETH and IGP. You will appreciate the high quality of living in the Zurich area, and the outstanding opportunities for personal and professional development offered by ETH.

Your profile

You have an academic degree in geodesy, geomatics, or a related discipline and hold a doctorate in an area relevant for the above research and teaching acitivites. You are proactive, responsible, devoted to high quality work, curious and target-oriented. You are able to work in a team and autonomously. You are interested in academic research and teaching. Your English is very good in oral communication and in writing. If your German is not sufficient for teaching at the Bachelor’s level, you will agree to acquire such German speaking skills within the first year of your employment.
