Clinical Operations Academy 2021 (career break returners traineeship)
Job Description 2 years! This is the length of our Academy training program that offers you professional development for a career in Clinical Trials Operations.
The 2021 Academy is crafted for those that graduated from University within the last 2 years or those returning to work after a 2+ year career break who want a career change into Clinical Trials Operations. This advert is specifically for those returning to work.
You will gain insight and experiences across designing, initiating and running early clinical trials within an international multi-cultural Pharmaceutical research environment. You will learn new skills and be trained by clinical trials operations specialists. Alongside your Academy learning you will work within various CS&I teams providing support to ongoing clinical trials across different disease areas.

During the Academy you will • Embark on a progressive, blended and flexible learning journey covering conceptual, theoretical and experiential modalities • Gain hands-on experience by contributing to and supporting a range of clinical operations work tasks • Broaden your professional horizon by rotating through a number of different CS&I teams aligned with your interests and based on open opportunities, such as Clinical Trial Team Leads, Finance, Feasibility, Data Sciences and others
Minimum requirementsWhat you’ll bring to the role: • A University degree (BA, BSc, MSc, PharmD or PhD), Life Sciences preferred • Returning after a 2+year Career break a wanting to move into clinical operations. Previous experience in Life Science Industry would be useful • Proficient oral and written English • Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Used to working independently, managing multiple priorities, computer literate
