Job Description The Operational Excellence intern at Novartis Business Assurance & Advisory (NBAA) will work in selected Operational Excellence and Quality (OEQ) areas associated with reporting and data analytics. The work will cover all functions within NBAA, with focus on Internal Audit.
Your responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Provide support during meetings (slide creation and minutes related to Group PMO, Steering Committees, Communications) • Summarize studies and reports • Manage the macro plan, action logs, deliverables • Manage the associated program management Sharepoint structure, content and users • Manage the P3 country implementation tracking Sharepoint content and users
Minimum requirementsWhat you’ll bring to the role: • Bachelor degree in Business Economics / Audit • Fluent English (written & spoken), additional language is a plus • Theoretical knowledge of role and operations of Internal Audit department. • Affinity with data analytics • Project management skills; ability to executive projects across divisions, business units and functions. • Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus
