Job description
We are hiring two part-time (35%) research assistants to support molecular lab analyses on various microbiome projects. Other tasks may include basic soil analyses, such as measuring soil pH and preparing samples for elemental analysis of soil carbon and nitrogen.
Your profile
The ideal candidate is a bachelor or masters student with previous experience conducting genetic and/or microbiological techniques. We are very happy to train students with limited molecular experience, but previous exposure to molecular work is a major benefit. No prior experience is required for the soil analyses.
