Vontobel Asset Management is an asset manager headquartered in Zurich/Switzerland with investment boutiques in New York, London and Zurich and offices in the USA, Europe and Asia.

We are looking for a motivated working student to work part time (40% to 60%) in Asset Management's Legal department in Zurich.

If you join us, you will work in a dynamic, challenging, international environment and be able to support a wide range of tasks in the legal department of an asset management firm.

Your opportunity Your duties will include:

• Legal document management, including maintenance of databases, contract archives, archiving/filing of internal legal information
• Administrative support, including preparing execution versions of agreements, writing cover letters, preparing courier deliveries, formatting documents, project support
• Support in regard to various topics arising in a legal department of an asset management and fund company (including keeping of minutes, fund annual reports, publications and FINMA submissions)

Your profile:

• You will have at least one year left in your bachelor degree. Subjects with a legal and/or economic focus are an advantage, but not essential.
• Some prior professional experience in respect of the duties described is an advantage
• You have a good command of German and English, both written and spoken; other foreign language skills are desirable.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have an affinity for the financial sector.
• You work independently, conscientiously and in a structured manner, paying close attention to detail.
