WORLD.MINDS is a hand-picked community of individuals with proven contributions in science, the arts and business. Our community comprises of luminaries such as Nobel Prize Winner Kurt Wüthrich, Director of MIT Collaborative Initiatives Tenley Albright, Chairman of Roche Christoph Franz, MIT designer and architect Neri Oxman, Chinese dissident artist Ai Weiwei, former Ambassador and the world’s largest collector of Chinese contemporary art Uli Sigg, Chariwoman of SBB Monika Ribar, the World Bank’s Chief Economist Paul Romer, movie director Marc Forster, CEO of Art Basel Mark Spiegler, and many others.

14^th WORLD.MINDS Annual Symposium

Thursday, 02 December 2021

Kaufleuten, Zurich

Your tasks may include

• helping to organize the logistics and materials before and after the event
• receiving and processing guests in a professional and friendly manner
• helping VIP guests and Speakers throughout the morning and afternoon
• handing out gifts to speakers on stage
• accompanying and supporting the organizational team throughout the event

We are looking for

• motivated and responsible team players
• attentive and open minds
• good English skills
• ideally experience in hospitality or volunteering
• availability on 02 December from 08:30 until 22:00
• availability on 02 November at 18:30 for the Volunteer Apéro

Volunteers’ highlights

• watching incredible talks and performances
• networking with leaders from science (MIT, ETH etc.), the arts and business
• networking with interesting volunteers from different disciplines

• leaving with a head full of new ideas and “WORLD.MINDS Thank You Bag”
