Operations and Service Assistant (50% - 20h/week) (m/w/d) in Zürich

In your role as an Operations Assistant, you organize and execute our logistics and processes. Your role is based in our office in Zurich and is a combination of administrative and hardware related tasks. You are responsible to organize logistic processes and daily communication with our logistic provider. This includes the management of our inventory for which you will coordinate with many different team members.

18 - 25 Stunden pro Woche
Zwischen 22.00CHF und 30.00CHF pro Stunde

Was du machen wirst:

  • Supervise full inventory of devices and maintain record of all fulfilled orders 
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with logistics provider to fulfill shipment requests 
  • Service our products to prepare them for deployment with customers 
  • Support product upgrades and development activities 
  • Manage and mitigate customer complaints or issues in co-ordination with our customer-facing teams 
  • Office organization tasks whenever necessary
