Your duties are...

In this role, you help our clients achieve their goals by developing creative digital communication solutions and collaborate with our creation team to deliver these solutions. Leveraging primary and secondary research, developing a deep understanding of consumers and end users, and understanding key technologies will help you do this. You develop convincing and inspirational storylines and set the direction for the creative team. You like working in a dynamic environment and love keeping yourself up to date with the latest trends. In a nutshell: you will develop the creative strategy for our clients from the ground up; from kickoff to implementation. This means you are also involved in creative pitches.

• bring experience in the areas of online marketing and communication strategy, creative consulting or marketing consulting and have 4+ years of experience
• are able to translate business problems into integrated and impactful creative campaigns
• have analytical and conceptual skills and are enthusiastic about the innovative use of the latest technologies in digital communication
• can formulate creative briefings as a basis for creation teams to build award-winning concepts and ideas
• enjoy working closely with the international team of experts from various digital areas of Webrepublic such as Creation, Content Marketing, SEO, UX, Analytics, Technology, etc.
• speak English, German would be a plus
