Length: 6 months

Start date: April 1, 2018, or by arrangement

Workplace: Zürich

Academic qualification: At least four completed semesters at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in economics/econometrics/statistics and/or computer science.

We offer:

• The chance to provide solutions to challenges faced by demanding and experienced business stakeholders
• A fast-paced business environment in securities trading across all asset classes
• You analyze, implement and support the ingestion and processing of controlling data (budget, actuals, cost) and business transaction data within International Trading Solutions (ITS)
• You perform data analysis and provide support in extending our existing data analytics infrastructure through programming
• Your create and maintain dashboards to display metrics calculated from the available data
• You cooperate with sales, structuring, trading, analytics, control functions and IT as well as groups in other regions to deliver management information to business stakeholders

You offer:

• Are you enthusiastic about data analytics as well as  technology, you have knowledge of at least one programming language (ideally R, Python, C# or Java)?
• Do you enjoy solving your own problems through  programming?
• Are you a driven and proactive personality who can prioritize, design and implement sustainable technology solutions in a fast-paced business environment?
• Do you have analytical skills and the ability to learn about new business domains quickly?
• You speak fluent English, German is an advantage
