Based at Roger Dubuis Headquarters, the CRM and Digital Assistant is in charge of coordinating CRM and Digital projects.
CRM and Digital are priority areas of development, hence a fast pace and exciting opportunity.
Your main missions:
- E-CRM: newsletters production and development of international clients communications (content, tools,…).
- Conciergerie: ensure a highly qualitative daily maintenance by handling the online requests and liaising with markets.
- Responsible for CRM reporting.
- Analysis of the client database, with the objective to provide key learnings, insights and actionable recommendations to HQ and local teams.
- Clientelling Programs coordination and implementation with Retail team.
- Coordination with local markets of all CRM related incoming requests (Guarantee Extension Program, content,..).
- WeChat: posts and campaigns coordination with China team and our agency.
- Digital projects follow up for Social Media, Website publishing, Copywriting and Reporting.
- CRM and Digital trends benchmark in order to proactively propose innovative solutions.
Profile
- Fluent English and French.
- Full proficiency in Office especially with Excel and PowerPoint. HTML a Plus.
- Previous internship in Marketing / CRM/ Direct Marketing / Digital desired.
- Organized, proactive, reactive, strong coordination and organization skills needed.
- Appeal or first experience with luxury and watch industry (Haute Horlogerie).
- Digital Native, constantly updated on CRM and Digital trends.
- Copywriting competencies (English).
