WE RECRUIT

In order to support our PR team at our international headquarter in Schaffhausen, Switzerland, we are recruiting a

Intern Public Relations (m/f)

for a six months internship. In addition to handling daily PR activities, you will be involved in a variety of projects.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance and extension of the media / influencer database
• Writing, revising and editing of PR texts, interviews, statements, daily newsletter etc.
• Active assistance in the planning, organizing and implementation of various PR projects, in particular in preparation of SIHH
• Editing and answering of national and international media enquiries in coordination with 24 markets
• Implementation of monitoring and evaluation activities
• Assistance on location during PR-events and handling of media
• Support of the PR Team in the daily business and with administrative tasks (SAP, etc.)
• Support of the IWC country organizations in the area of PR

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communication science, journalism or comparable studies
• First professional experience in PR is an advantage (luxury goods, fashion, advertising / agency etc.)
• Affinity for digital, holistic communications
• Quick comprehension and networked thinking
• Independent, structured and organised
• Team player and great communication skills
• Fluent or native in German and excellent writing skills
• Outstanding knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
• Other language skills (in particular French) are an advantage
• Excellent PC skills (MS Office including Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Photoshop)
