Intern in Configuration Management (6-12 months) in Zug

Process and Support is part of the Global RMD Development organization and provides support by planning and monitoring the activities during the various phases of the product development lifecycle. The team comprises of a set of distinct support areas (Configuration Management, Risk Management, Requirement Management and Verification Management) that focuses on making an effectual, efficient workflow by constantly optimizing and standardizing the processes across different lifecycle teams and departments.

Your main tasks will include:

• Maintain and create the configuration for different products (e.g. baselines, configuration items) within SAP
• Coordinate the creation and maintenance of submission relevant documentation (Configuration Management Plans and Reports) and doing follow-up activities (collect input, start review process and coordinate the approval of the document in the corresponding document management system)
• Communication and coordination with different departments (e.g. quality assurance, regulatory, development)
• Get a detailed overview of the configuration process 
• assume responsibility for the above-described tasks and gradually perform them independently 

To be successful in this role (you have to):

• You are currently enrolled as a Bachelor or Master student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) in Sciences or related field, e.g. Biology or Chemistry
• You are reliable, precise, structured, well organized and innovative
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English, German is an asset​
• You are Tool affine 
• Experience with SAP is a plus
• Experience with work in a regulated environment is a plus
• Experience in creation of documents is a plus
