Personalised Healthcare has become a defining component of effective treatment strategies by ensuring that the right patients receive the right treatments at the right time. In order to fulfil this promise, robust and reliable diagnostic tools are critical. 
The PHCS (Personalised Healthcare Solutions) team develops and leads collaborations with pharmaceutical companies to ensure that patients have access to the diagnostic tools that enable Personalised Healthcare. 
This position is a unique opportunity to work at the crossroads of the diagnostic and pharmaceutical industries.

You will support market analytics, prioritization of leads, capabilities presentations and follow up of PHC opportunities in various disease areas. In this function, you will report to the International Product Manager (IPM). This is a great opportunity to experience pharma-diagnostics partnering in an international matrix organization.  

Your main tasks will include:

• Analysis of various data sources including clinical trial databases and market research reports
• You will be supporting discussions with internal and external experts
• Support developing a PHC prioritization matrix (Business case, Market Analysis). 
• Support preparation of customer site visits and follow-up
   

To be successful in this role (you have to):

• You are currently enrolled as a Master or PhD student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) in the field of ​business/strategy and a high level of interest in healthcare/ life science (or vice-versa)
• Strategic thinker; goals and outcomes must always be clear
• Proactive and resourceful - finds and builds support for solutions  
• Results oriented and with an ability to deliver outcomes
• Demonstrated success in project management
• International communication skills - Ability to clearly and effectively communicate across various function teams within a global organization
• High proficiency in written and verbal English is required, other languages are an asset
