The Neuroscience Discovery group in Basel is responsible for the identification and validation of targets, the selection and characterization of drug candidates, as well as the scientific aspects of projects aiming at the identification of new medicines for diseases of the central nervous system. Our task is to support ongoing research projects using molecular pharmacological methods in order to understand the mode of action of novel compounds.

We are looking for a high-energy Master student enrolled at a university or in the penultimate or last year of study or at the “Year in Industry” junction of your studies. Your study background is biology, biochemistry, molecular biology student or a related field.
More over you are/have:The preferred start date of the internship is November 2018. Applications need to include a CV and a motivation letter.
Due to regulations non-EU/EFTA citizens have to provide a certificate from the university stating that an internship is mandatory as part of the application documents.
