This internship is within our Basel/Kaiseraugst Human Resources (HR) Recruiting Team which supports Roche Pharma Global Technical Operations (PT) area in selecting and assessing the right candidates. PT as a function is involved in producing every Roche medicine – from the development process through clinical trials and continuing to product maturity. During your internship your base will be Basel and Kaiseraugst.

Who you areYou are a student in the advanced phase of your Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Psychology with a focus on employee/leadership selection, assessment and development or/and Differential/Personality Psychology and Diagnostics. You ideally have first work experience in Human Resources and you are highly motivated to share your knowledge and chip in with new ideas.
You are fluent in German both written and spoken (fluent English would be a strong asset) and you convince us and our business stakeholders with the following skills and competencies:
The start date of the internship is as soon as possible. However, please indicate your availability in your motivation letter. Applications need to include a CV and a motivation letter either in German or English.
Due to government regulations non-EU/EFTA citizens have to provide a certificate from their universities stating that an internship is a mandatory part of their degree course. Please enclose this certificate together with your application documents.
