Internship in Learning & Development (as soon as possible) in Basel

The Learning & Development Team for the site Basel / Kaiseraugst contributes to identifying, educating, developing, and retaining critical talent across the organization, from apprentices to those nearing retirement.

During the 6-months internship you will support the Learning & Development Team in the update and digitalization of their offerings, as well as the Future Learning project in the introduction of new services and technologies in the new Learning Centre in Kaiseraugst. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field and make your contribution in an international and multicultural environment.

In this position you will:

• Support of our portfolio managers in the analysis and design phase of learning paths

• Develop multimedia content such as infographics, videos, e-Learnings, learning paths

• Support of the Future Learning Project in areas such as new learning technologies and concepts, digital learning, workshop services

• Be part of our Learning and Development team and actively participate in the development, improvement and implementation of new

You are an enrolled student in the field of media sciences, design, adult education, communication or comparable area of study. You have a passion for learning and are a creative mind. You are a team worker with strong communication and assertiveness skills.

Moreover, you are/have:

• Experience in designing and developing multimedia content like videos, graphics and websites

• Basic knowledge in UX design

• General understanding and interest in IT applications and a keen eye for business

• Advanced knowledge in MS-Office and Google Apps Suite

• Experience in training development and workshop facilitation is a plus

• Fluent in oral and written English, German is an asset
