EMPA (European Master of Public Administration Consortium) is a network of European schools, that offer master programs in public administration.
The aim of the project is to develop new dielectric elastomer materials with good dielectric and mechanical properties to be implemented in dielectric elastomer generators and sensors. The emphasis will be on the synthesis of some specially designed fillers, which will be used as active components in polydimethylsiloxane elastomers. Thin film elastomers will be investigated regarding their dielectric, mechanical, and piezoelectric properties.
