PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
The HR Director is responsible to define and drive the HR strategy and is accountable for HR operations at SAP Switzerland with ca. 880 employees. He is leading a team of HR specialist to efficiently deliver solutions for the business and support business execution. SAP Switzerland has been recognized as Top Employer and Great Place to Work, and received also a special recognition for our efforts on employees employability. The candidate will work directly with the HR Director to support him in planning and execution.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
We offer insights into the challenges and opportunities of an HR leadership role. The intern supports the HR Director to drive strategic and operational HR initiatives with focus on well-being, engagement and employer branding.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
