We are currently looking for an intern for the department Digitalization & Documentation. The successful candidate will be involved in the development of digital processes as well as in the documentation processes of real estate management.
As an intern your main tasks will include:
- Actively bringing in your ideas regarding our digitalization strategies
- Collaboration between two teams within the Site Services (Processes and Systems teams)
- Responsibility for the digitalization of the analog documents into a digital form
- Involvement in the preparation and optimization of the processes
- You will have additional individual projects in cooperation with the Facility & Real Estate team
To be successful in this role you have to fulfill the following criteria:
- You are currently enrolled or have graduated within the last 12 months with a Bachelor or a Master degree
- You speak English and German fluently
- You have good general IT knowledge
- You are a communicative team player
- Programming experience is an asset
Start date: 1.12.18 or 1.1.19
Workload: 60-100%
Duration: 6 months (extension possible)
