The Life Sciences and Healthcare team within IBM Global Business Services Switzerland is providing such services to our Life Sciences and Healthcare clients. We help to make processes more efficient, accelerate research, analyse healthcare data and ultimately help our clients to improve patients’ lives.
To support the Life Sciences and Healthcare team, we are looking for a work student (60-70%) who wants to work with our dynamic team.
This job includes administrative support as like:
- Support of project work for clients
- Preparing IBM Opportunity & Status reports
- Managing CRM Process
- Obtaining required approval during bid process
- Supporting the bid process:
- Support to identify the right resources for proposals & projects
- Supporting the Proposal finalization (e.g. PPT format)
- Support to identify relevant Client References
- Managing B&P / PCW Process & Budgets
- Supporting in Commercials / Pricing Tool
- Creating Communications for internal & external purpose
- Support on other administrative work
- Ad hoc project support if required (billing / invoicing / other admin)
You will have the great opportunity to work as a team member for Global Business Services the consultant unit of IBM and gain practical experiences, knowledge and skills from the largest consulting company in the world.
Ideally you are studying in a topic related to Life Sciences & Healthcare. You are a student enrolled in a Swiss university or applied science school, completed basic studies (4 semesters) or you have a bachelor degree and you intend to continue with a master.
The required skills are:
- good Microsoft Office user (Power point, Excel)
- good communication skills
- self-driven, independent, responsible working
- fluent in English and German, intermediate french
