Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position in the Laboratory of Toxicology in the Department of Health Sciences and Technology.
We are looking for a candidate who will conduct outstanding research at the interface of chemistry and biology with a focus on understanding mechanisms of genomic instability related to UV radiation exposure. UV is a powerful environmental carcinogen that can damage DNA, resulting in genome instability and disease initiation. The postdoctoral researcher will investigate mechanisms pertaining to UV-induced DNA damage to understand its role in aging and human disease.
