As an intern, you will be part of the Medical Affairs team. Our mission is to bring medical value to physicians, labs, and patients through medical leadership, collaboration, and expertise by generating and communicating the impact of clinical evidence. During this internship, you will be able to collaborate with the Head of IIS studies and with the Head of Medical Affairs.
Your main tasks would include:
- Performing regular follow-up and tracking studies status in the database
- Updating the Key Performance Indicator dashboard
- Presentation of the studies' status and status of publication for investigator-initiated studies
- Agenda and minutes of the Medical Affairs Team Meetings
- Organize offsite meetings for the Medical Affairs Team
Ideally, you fulfill the following criteria:
- You are currently enrolled as a student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months)
- You have good Excel, Powerpoint and Word skills
- You have excellent organization, presentation, and time management skills
- You are able and willing to work independently, are good at multi-tasking and building own support networks
- You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus
