PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

We are welcoming an Intern or Thesis Student (f/m) who will acquire his/her skills in operational excellence in the area of Services Account Management during one year in Lausanne.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Among other responsibilities, you should expect to do the following:

  • Support to the Head of Services Sales Suisse romande
  • Actively support the Senior Account Managers in different sales phases (bid, contract, invoicing, etc.)
  • Assist with calculation project investment
  • Manage and daily monitor the business tools such as CRM,…
  • Drive independently dedicated projects and customer relationships

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Currently enrolled as student at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Information Systems, Business Administration / Economics or equivalent
  • Language skills: Excellent command of written and spoken French and English; German is a plus
  • Computer skills: Good knowledge of MS-Office
  • Soft skills: Good communication skills, proactive, result-oriented, organized, focus on execution; open minded and team player
