Participate to the human factors activities conducted during the development of medical devices (syringe, pen, auto injector, pump…) and apps/medical systems. Activities to be performed will support the user centered approach followed by Novartis.
Collecting, organizing, analyzing information of different sources to understand the needs of patients, physicians as well as the challenges with current medical devices in order to propose recommendations for the design of the devices. Additionally some focus will be put on the Instruction For Use that are a key element to support correct use of the devices. Apps and medical systems may be part of the medical devices as well. Participating to the HFE activities and documenting the activities according to the regulation during the medical devices development belongs to the position as well.
Bachelor or Master in engineering, human factors engineering, user centered design, Usability Language: English
