The is a joint initiative of the Department of Management, Technology and Economics at ETH Zurich and the Institute of Technology Management at the University of St. Gallen. Our interdisciplinary team of computer and social scientists partners with medical experts to design behavioral, scalable and self-improving digital health interventions (“digital pills”) that are effective and cost-efficient and which are based on digital biomarker and digital coaching research.
From April/May 2019 on, we offer you a position at our ETH Zurich office in the research project funded by the . The project partners are the Department of Diabetes, Endocrinology, Clinical Nutrition, and Metabolism, Inselspital, Bern University Hospital and the . You will work with a highly motivated team of young researchers to develop an in-vehicle warning system for individuals with diabetes. You take direct project responsibility for the iterative design and empirical evaluation of the intervention. Good conditions and work environment complete this attractive package. The average duration for successfully obtaining a PhD in our team is 3 1/2 years.
