That is why we come to work each day. We commit ourselves to scientific rigor, unassailable ethics, and access to medical innovations for all. We do this today to build a better tomorrow.
The Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) teams manage external manufacturing partners (CMOs and some direct material suppliers) in order to offer flexibility to our internal capacity at the right cost and quality. The organization enables these external partners to reliably deliver compliant quality products, ensuring Quality Process Excellence and continuous improvement. We leverage Quality Site Managers and Persons in Plant across a global network of over 50 small and large molecules CMOs to produce and deliver life changing medicines to our patients. We achieve these results through cross-functional collaborations with internal SMEs and across the Drug Substance, Drug Product and Small Molecule platforms.
