Internship CRM Assistant – Marketing - Basel- Stadt

Within the Global CRM team, which is part of Marketing, the tasks will be:

• Help in delivering customer-centric newsletters for all countries with creative content
• Providing newsletter concept and layout ideas, coordinating the visuals selection and translations

• Amplifying our data knowledge by focusing on personalization and segmentation
• Assist the team on implementing new personalized CRM offers (referral…) to our community
• Ongoing benchmarks on fashion competitors newsletters & CRM offers

• Degree in Communication, Marketing or Fashion management 
• Computer skills: Power Point, Excel. Basic knowledge in HTML is a plus
• High affinity to new technologies
• Team player
• Creative and innovative 

• Results-oriented & solution driven 
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary. German and/or Italian are an advantage
