The Online Sales department is leading the development and operation of the Lufthansa Group’s online platforms. Our websites swiss.com, lufthansa.com and austrian.com are amongst the top ecommerce platforms in Europe and offer a variety of different products and services. In addition, our mobile apps accompany our passengers on their journey from booking to the final destination. As Usability Expert, you are part of the UX & Analytics Team at SWISS within the Online Sales department. You will be responsible for identifying and managing Usability topics in a team of colleagues in Zurich, Frankfurt and Vienna. The experiences you will craft require tireless focus on solving customer problems and offering the best possible experience on our digital platforms. You will back concepts with test results and data and act as an UX Expert within the Lufthansa Group Online Sales organization. You will collaborate with colleagues and different internal stakeholders across locations. Your home base is the UX & Analytics team in Zurich, which ensures a digital consistency on design, content, usability and in depth web-analytics and business insights and detecting customer needs as well as optimization potential. As an Usability Expert in our team you are an important part of the team for all usability related topics as well as for bringing the digital channels of the Lufthansa Group swiss.com, lufthansa.com and austrian.com to the next level.
