Jobbeschreibung

The Market & Account Steering department is responsible for steering all commercial KPIs of Lufthansa Group (LHG) Sales in Switzerland. This includes field sales steering, sales planning and business development for LHG and its joint venture (JV) partners and thus contributes significantly to the achievement of Sales Switzerland targets.

The Revenue Management Coordinator is responsible for delivering market intelligence to revenue management to ensure optimal product positioning and to maximize revenue. The RMC optimizes LHG and JV competitiveness by analysing and monitoring relevant competitor information and ensures distribution of price/RM-related information within Sales Switzerland.

  • Acts as interface, facilitator and enabler between the local Sales Organisation (B2B) and Revenue Management
  • Establishes and submits special target group requests and pricing business cases
  • Is consulted for corporate frame adjustments, prepares exception requests and files corporate account tariffs
  • Ensures seamless flow of pricing and revenue management related information to all relevant stakeholders
  • Initiates segment specific O&D steering adjustments
  • Continuous benchmark evaluation and analysis of competitors with special focus on nonpublished fares
  • Analyses booking and travel behaviour of relevant target groups as well as agent and sales channel developments
  • Gather and provide information about country specific business environment
Your profile
  • Academic degree in economics, business administration or aviation related subject
  • Commercial or sales experience, preferably in the airline industry
  • Strong analytical, qualitative and conceptual skills
  • Good communication skills and social competence
  • Ability to manage complexity and change
  • Structured, conceptual and solution oriented thinking/acting
  • Assertiveness, business acumen and result driven
  • Team player with strong communication
  • Ability to work under pressure to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Self-starter with an affinity for numbers, an eye for detail and a high degree of responsibility, reliability and commitment
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
