That’s how you’ll make a difference:

• With a close eye to your client’s agenda, you’ll drive first class service management in a large scale global AMS program.
• In this context you’ll not only lead the AMS agenda for Europe but also the global AMS service for three out of six global functions.
• As head of the on-shore team, you’ll provide guidance and advise.

That’s what we are expecting:

• At least ten years’ experience in application management service, five of which in large global AMS programs
• Proven track record in client-facing application management service within life sciences
• Experience in a leadership role for a regionally diversified on-shore team within a complex global matrix organization
• Sound understanding of financial management, forecasting and controlling
