Swiss WorldCargo is the airfreight division of Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS). The unit Cargo Service Center covers all steps of the transport chain on shipment level from pre-transportation to en-route support and after sales.

We are looking to strengthen our Products & Services Support Team with a Specialist Cargo Products & Services to support our stations and internal stakeholders in many aspects along the transportation chain. In this position, you will closely cooperate with Swiss WorldCargo outstations, departments, as well as handling agents.


Your Duties

  • Be an expert in cargo products & services
  • Guide our stations in cargo products & services
  • Support our stations in shipment irregularities handling
  • Initiate products and services process improvements in close coordination with other departments
  • Build up a good relationship with internal stakeholders and external providers
  • Take part in projects to enhance customer service and IT infrastructure
  • Ensure appropriate information exchange with all colleagues and interfacing organizations such as other departments, stations in the network, handling agents, service provider
Your profile
  • At least 1 year of experience at Swiss WorldCargo in an operational duty or experienced in logistics, preferably airfreight forwarding
  • Customer Service mindset – experienced in Customer Service (internal and/or external customers) is an asset
  • Good knowledge of cargo products and services, the industry and its requirements
  • Fluent in English and German (oral and written), additional language skills preferred
  • Solution and result orientated, problem solver in an efficient way
  • High level of attention to detail, in even the most stressful situations
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • At ease while working with different IT systems (SwissWorx, Cargospot knowledge considered as an asset)
