Internship in Regulatory Affairs in Zug

The global Regulatory Affairs function is responsible for the overall development, implementation and coordination of regulatory strategies and activities. The department located in Rotkreuz is responsible for requirements related to a wide range of products (in vitro diagnostic products, instrumentation and software platforms) developed with internal and external partners. As a global Regulatory Affairs team, we collaborate with development teams and local Regulatory Affairs teams for registrations activities.

As an Intern within our global Regulatory Affairs department in Rotkreuz, you will discover the Diagnostics environment and you will gain insight into the work of Regulatory Affairs professionals. The position will provide various opportunities to contribute to the regulatory affairs projects, such as documentation preparation or regulatory compliance requirements.

Your main tasks would include (but will not be limited to):

  • Support of the deployment and the maintenance of the “Regulatory Information Management System” tool
  • Support of worldwide requests from the local regulatory affiliates
  • Support for the creation and maintenance of product dossiers
  • Support of our process by preparing or updating the required documentation in order to be in compliance with the regulatory requirements

Ideally, you fulfill the following criteria:

  • You are currently enrolled as a student or have recently graduated (within the last 12 months) in the field of Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering or equivalent
  • Extraordinary desire to drive your career and you want to take the next step in regulatory and/or quality areas. Basic knowledge of regulations is valued, but not required.
  • You demonstrate strong facilitation and communications skills and the ability to deal with adversity in a multicultural and international environment
  • You are a fast learner, have a proactive attitude to drive solutions, a high level of team orientation and ability to work independently
  • You have good communication skills in English (written and spoken), any further language is valued
