Research Associate in Zürich

Was du machen wirst:

Deliver high-impact executive search recruitment research in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment

Manage research projects and intelligence briefings for projects by proactively identifying and mapping out global talent and organizational structures

Identify and oversee key pipeline needs and manage deliverables
Capture and maintain/update accurate candidate, market and search process information on the database in accordance with strict confidentiality and all relevant regulations

Serve as database subject matter expert (SME) to the executive search team to continue to establish best practices and streamline recruitment processes

Oversee various ad hoc projects as necessary
Actively read and monitor industry trades to track key industry moves and assess recruitment trends

Act as a subject matter expert across a variety of industry segments and functional disciplines
