Supports People & Organization Manager in providing high quality P&O service to client group, anticipates and responds to local management’s needs. Talent Management projects: Supports Talent Management Center of Excellence in Global Drug Development in different Projects.
• P&O Processes: Supports P&O Manager in operating the P&O processes and systems related to entry, development and organizational management • Business Partner: Proactively builds good working relationship with client group and seeks to understand their business challenges. • Performance Management: Supports P&O Manager in Performance Management process • Development: Advises line managers as well as employees on developmental tools (training courses, opportunities for developmental assignments, etc.). Supports preparing Talking Talent Sessions. • Swiss Employment Regulations: Supports P&O Manager in advising associates on key elements of Swiss labor law. • Networking: Establishes and maintains good working relationship with internal service functions, e.g. pension fund, company’s doctor, social service. Actively contributes to the local P&O network as a team player. • Talent Management projects: • Supports Talent Management Center of Excellence in Global Drug Development in different projects (e.g. mini sabbatical, learning nominations etc.)
Minimum requirementsPreferably Bachelor/Master student or recent graduate Fluent in English: oral & writing; others desirable Relevant P&O or industry experience will be advantageous
