Internship Opportunity - End of Studies - Junior Project Manager in Meyrin

Within an international and multi-branded environment, Richemont Customer Service (RCS) mission is to provide an efficient organizational model to optimize the worldwide Customer Service operations, bringing efficiency, consistency, innovation, performance and control. The RCS department is currently opening an internship position as Junior Project Manager. The aim of the position is to provide support to Project Managers involved in defining/applying the Group’s customer service program through various strategic, operational, organizational and digital projects.

What you will be doing:
 

• Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to the organization, structure and control of the worldwide service centers network: 
• Define operational standards (lean management, process optimization, 5S, HSE, compliance, etc.)
• Document operational procedures and guidelines to be rolled-out in service centers
• Support Richemont Maisons and Regions in the implementation of harmonized business processes
• Review operational performance and organizational efficiency of our service centers:
• Review and enhance analysis tools to measure efficiency (i.e. STO, VSM…)
• Build a benchmark grid to compare service centers performance
• Perform data analysis and provide Management report
• Define potential areas for improvement
• Define project roadmap, monitor the progress and maintain deadlines
• Perform regular status with involved entities and direct report
   

Your profile to be our next intern:
 

• Last year of master degree in engineering or business management with a focus on process continuous improvement or project management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Good knowledge of project/organization management
• Results-orientedProactivity, adaptability and autonomy
• Ability to travel worldwide (depending on project assigned)
• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite and VisioLean Six Sigma certification (Yellow Belt, Green belt) is a plus
• SAP basic knowledge is a plus
